01. What is the M.O.Q.(Minimum Order Quantity) of your products?
We indeed consider the M.O.A.(Minimum Order Amount) of each order. For unprinted/silk screen printed/sublimation printed on stock material, our MOA is US$1,000.-, plus the print plate setup cost. For printed/offset printed/rotogravure/flexo/heat transfer printed, our MOQ is US$5,000.-, plus the printe plate setup cost.
02. Where will our order be produced in China?
Our factory is located in Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. The famous light industry town of South China. 1 hour trip from Hong Kong. And 1 hour trip from Shenzhen to Guangzhou, as well.
03. How can I check and control the quality of my order?
If you have a QC team, we can arrange the quality control for you. If you want to have a remote Quality Control, we can take photos of the factory and production line for you during each step of the order production. And we can send periodical samples for your quality check, for example the 'Pre-Produciton Samples(2pcs)", 'In-Mass-Production Samples(2pcs','Before-Shipment Samples", etc.
04. How can I get my custom idea/prototype to be made into samples?
Charrmy team has rich experiences of helping different customers to develop marketing merchandise. We can sign Non-Disclosure Agreement with our customer if you have a paticular idea/item/prototype, before you show/send to us. Then we make counter-sample/prototype based on your drawings/prototypes/mock-ups, and make pricing for your evaluation of your market. After that you can decide to continue or start over the project with us.
05. How much is the sampling cost?
We do not charge the sampling cost for each sincere customer who comes to us. We only need to charge the tooling/setup cost to pay off the outsourced tooling/mould. We do not make profit from the sampling, as we hope we can secure your order by presenting good service and good quality of the samples, to help you.
06. What is the lead time of sampling my design?
The lead time of sampling is decided by the technique of printing and making of your product. 5 to 15 working days as a normal reference time.
07. What is the lead time of my order?
The lead time of the mass production is decided by the (1)order quantity (2)if stock material available (3)printing technique (4) factory production plan. 30 calendar days up for 5000/10000pcs up.
08. Can I get the goods in my home/office/warehouse address?
Yes, we have the rich experiences to help customers receive goods in their own office/home/warehouse address. The price term is DDU or DDP. DDU stands for Delivered, Duty Unpaid. DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. Both need full address with zip code provided to our shipping agent to get the rate.
09. Can you recommend other supplier if I have other products but you don't supply?
Yes, we are open-minded to help customers to source their goods in China. If you have other goods that Charrmy can't help produce or source, then we can recommend you good supplier from China. We believe our good will bring us a lot of customers as a return.
10. Can you arrange a factory tour if I come to China? How much should I pay for that?
Yes we can even you have not yet purchased from us. We can setup good itinerary for you during your visit. For new customers of our products, we do not charge for this service. For the products that Charrmy can't supply and new customers need our service of help, we charge US$500.- per day within our Province, we provide the interpretation and car service. If you need our help to reserve a hotel, we can find the best-choice for your reference.
11. What is your acceptable payment term?
Charrmy accepts T/T wire 30-40% deposit in advance, balance paid before shipment, for EXW/FOC/FOB shipment term; and T/T 30-40% deposit in advance, balance paid upon B/L copy, for CIF/CNF shipment term.
12. Do you have customers in the USA for references?
Yes, we have many good loyal customers in the USA as our references. If you need, we can provide their contact details after we get their agreement at a convenient time.
13. Do you have a printed catalogue?
For now, saving the trees, saving the earth, is our ecologic concept of our corporate, we maximumly reduce the chance to use paper. So, we only provide the e-Catalog online, and we do not provide paper printed catalogue for now.
14. Can we distribute your products in our country as the representative office?
